Headless
Tom Brady Named Superbowl Starter
A press conference today revealed good news and
bad news for the New England Patriots. Head coach Bill Belichick
announced that Quarterback Tom Brady's ankle was healing fine, and he no
longer needed to wear a boot to help mend his injured ankle. The bad
news is that Tom's head was "knocked clean off" during a practice
session Tuesday.
"Despite some obvious problems we will need to work
out", Belichick admitted, "We think Tom's body has what it takes to go
all the way".
With this announcement, Las Vegas odds makers lowered
the Patriots to a 3 1/2 point favorite over the New York Giants. |
